Founded in 2006 by veteran litigator Edward F. Morrison, Jr., The Morrison Law Group focuses on the representation of a wide array of construction contractors, construction managers, design professionals, real estate developers, commercial property owners and commercial tenants in a variety of litigation and transactional matters. Its founding partner, Mr. Morrison, has extensive trial experience in almost every facet of real estate and construction litigation as well as a number of major bodily injury cases.
The mission of The Morrison Law Group is to

to the need of the particular client. The Morrison Law Group
does not simply see itself as a counsel of record, but instead
fulfills the role of counselor, to provide common sense advice
to provide cost effective solutions to permit the client's
business to develop and prosper.
The Firm also strives to ensure that the clients of the Firm
are kept abreast of changes in statutes, case law and legal
trends in general. At no additional cost, clients of the Firm
are invited to participate in conferences regarding developments
in the law. The Firm also provides a series of legal articles,
published on a monthly basis in The Morrison Law Journal,
discussing important developments in statutes and case law.
To achieve its mission, the Firm emphasizes regular, consistent
contact with its clients. In general, the Firm provides succinct
written reports regarding the status of every litigation matter
on a 30 day basis. Regular telephone and e-mail contact (by
hand held electronic device, when necessary) are also emphasized.
