Mr. Zador has been a practicing attorney for over 30 years. For most of those years, his practice has focused on real estate and business matters, both as a litigator and as a transactional lawyer. Mr Zador has negotiated and drafted numerous purchase and sale agreements and related documents in connection with several commercial and residential income property transactions involving investments with values in excess of $10,000,000.00. As a successful real estate investor, Mr. Zador brings his own personal experience to the service of his clients, assisting them with their assessments of value in general and with their due diligence in particular. Mr. Zador's work includes a successful published opinion in the matter of "Wilder v. Superior Court (Los Angeles County Metropolitan Authority (1998) 66 Cal.App.4th 77." |
