                                |  | Mr.  Morrison is a veteran litigator and trial lawyer who has focused his  professional work in the representation of commercial businesses in complex  contract disputes, all facets of construction litigation and major injury  products liability litigation. |  
                                |  | Mr.  Morrison has acted as lead counsel in hundreds of complex cases, a majority of  which involved highly complex construction and accounting issues.  Mr.  Morrison emphasizes a “partnered” approach with his clients which permits an  early dispute evaluation and orderly case management. |

                                    | Mr. Morrison is one of the defense lawyers who has tried a    construction defect case to a Los Angeles jury and achieved a complete    defense verdict. That occurred in Sax v. Bilan Construction (case    tried to Los Angeles area jury in 1998). |  |  
                                |  | In  2004, Mr. Morrison commenced trial in seven cases, taking four to a verdict. In  that year alone, Mr. Morrison tried an insurance case (which involved a case of  first impression); a major products liability case (where the jury reduced the  economic damages claim by 99.1%); a personal injury matter involving an  apartment complex; financial issues involving a dissolution of a marriage with  a large estate; a plaintiff breach of contract case (which resulted in a  $505,000 recovery); and a real estate case against a relocation assistance  company where the award was $664,000 less than the lowest  pre-trial demand. |

                            | Mr. Morrison has been a guest lecturer at    the Pepperdine University Law School's Strauss School for    Alternative Dispute Resolution.  Mr. Morrison was also a speaker at the    American Conference Institute's June 2001 seminar on Litigating Construction    Defect Claims where he presented an article on statutes of repose for    construction litigation.  Mr. Morrison has also authored over 20    articles for the Westside Apartment Monthly, a landlord trade magazine. |  |
