For instance, Mr. Porta's Federal Appellate Court experience
includes acting as lead counsel on over 30 petitions
for review throughout various Circuit Courts of Appeal
including several oral argument hearings and petitions
for rehearing en banc. His comprehensive immigration
background includes temporary and immigrant visas for
skilled workers, professionals, athletes, entertainers,
investors and multinational executives. He also advises
The Morrison Law Group's corporate clientele on compliance
with immigration and Department of Labor regulations
