Founded in 2006 by veteran litigator Edward F. Morrison, Jr., The Morrison Law Group focuses on the representation of a wide array of construction contractors, construction managers, design professionals, real estate developers, commercial property owners and commercial tenants in a variety of litigation and transactional matters. Its founding partner, Mr. Morrison, has extensive trial experience in almost every facet of real estate and construction litigation as well as a number of major bodily injury cases.

Over the years, we have served a diverse clientele, including contractors, commercial property owners, and real estate developers. Our commitment to quality legal representation has built lasting relationships with clients from various sectors.

MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of The Morrison Law Group is to provide high quality legal representation which is tailored to the need of the particular client. The Morrison Law Group does not simply see itself as a counsel of record, but instead fulfills the role of counselor, to provide common sense advice to provide cost effective solutions to permit the client’s business to develop and prosper.

The Firm also strives to ensure that the clients of the Firm are kept abreast of changes in statutes, case law and legal trends in general. At no additional cost, clients of the Firm are invited to participate in conferences regarding developments in the law. The Firm also provides a series of legal articles, published on a monthly basis in The Morrison Law Journal, discussing important developments in statutes and case law.

To effectively fulfill its mission, the Firm places a high priority on maintaining regular and consistent communication with its valued clients at all stages of their legal matters. Typically, the Firm provides concise written updates regarding the status of each litigation case every 30 days to keep clients fully informed. In addition to these comprehensive reports, ongoing phone calls and email correspondence (utilizing handheld electronic devices when necessary) are also strongly encouraged to ensure clear lines of communication and address any questions or concerns that may arise.
